New Date: Breakfast with Nadine Gardener, Director of Elementary Programs

 

Nadine will be joined by a special guest, an Elementary Guide, and they will share a story that introduces children to the Responsibilities end of the Freedom AND Responsibilities structure of Montessori Elementary. They will talk about the three pillars and practices that help the children develop their self-direction and self-awareness on the basis of freedom and responsibility. At this Breakfast, you'll gain insight into the questions, Yes...but how does it work? And what do you do when a child doesn't want to do something that they're supposed to do? How do they know what to do? Nadine and the Guide will give time to an open dialogue about Montessori, the Elementary, and 6-12 year olds in development, so please bring your curiosities!
