We hope everyone had a wonderful winter break; our late gift to you is a Coffee Shop on January 16, from 7:15 to 10:00 am! Coffee Shop is our student-operated business, which we occasionally hold on the Gaines Creek campus. We convert our studio and commercial kitchen into a restaurant, and the money we earn goes to the Gaines Creek community and used in various ways around our campus, including plants, chickens, and materials for other projects. 

We will have our usual items, including tacos, coffee, and tea. Our special of the day will be Cinnamon Sugar and Lime Crepes.
